With the latest version of CrossOver it is a cakewalk to install it as a native Mac application. You simply double-click on the exe file, and all the rest is done by CrossOver. The only problem with this application (not with CrossOver) is that certain vital texts and symbols cannot be zoomed (which is a problem for elderly gentlemen like myself, but must pose no problems to younger persons). Around the margins there are miniscule symbols to be used in music processing. The letters of Help and of the tutorial cannot be zoomed as in most Mac applications. In the tutorial you can use Crossover's Select all, Copy and Paste functions to paste the text into a Mac word processor which can then zoom it; in the Help text you can't even "Select all", nor copy. Before purchase I wrote to the manufacturer's support and asked for their advice, but received no answer.
