Graphs error

Hello Everyone,

Minitab 17.1 installed without any problem. However no graphs and assistant are not working.

Graphs error message: "Unable to open dialog. A necessary scrip component could not be initialized"
Assistant error: HTML dialog box with text "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below"

Someone has an idea to solve it?
