MAT Partially Functional in Linux

I was able to successfully install Midway Arcade Treasures in a WinXP bottle on the following machine:

Soyo SY-7ISA+ Intel i815 Motherboard
Intel Pentium III 866 MHz Processor
512 MB SDRAM
PNY Verto GeForce FX 5200 AGP 8x 256 MB DDR
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 PCI Sound Card (SB0220)
Samsung CD-RW/DVD Drive Model: TS-H492A/RSWN
Dual Boot openSUSE Linux 10.3/Windows XP Pro
CodeWeavers CrossOver Games for Linux Version 7.1.2

Some of the games in the compilation suffer from severe performance (frame rate) issues, although sound, music and graphics do work. Defender and Stargate Defender (Defender II) are two such games. The performance of these games is very different from the corresponding games in the Williams Arcade Classics collection on the same machine described above. Other games like Root Beer Tapper and Bubbles seem to play without any issues, so performance varies substantially from game to game.

This game ships with and requires DirectX 9.0b.
