issue with MIDI in using Miditzer

For some reason Miditzer communication with midi keyboard via m-audio 4x4 and/or midisport only functions on first launch of the app after installation. On 2nd and following launched of the app, even after closing and re-launching Crossover4Mac, Miditzer does not respond to the Midi keyboard. Plays fine when clicking with mouse.
