Black Screen Installing Microsoft Word 365 on Windows 10 (32 bit) with CrossOver 20.0.02-1 inside ubuntu 18.04

I edited ~/.cxoffice/Win10/cxbottle.conf
[EnvironmentVariables]
"CX_BOTTLE_CREATOR_APPID" = "com.codeweavers.c4.14101"
"LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE" = "1"

However, I still got black screen. How to overcome this problem?
