Office (Word) 2003 won't print images

I am running Crossover 10.0.0 on Ubuntu Linux 10.04 with Office 2003 installed.

I have two documents with images in them that print the text but not the image. The simplest one is a letter with my companies logo at the top of the page.

I have no problems printing from Openoffice.org and other apps.

I have installed cups-pdf and it gives the same result when viewed with evince (native linux pdf viewer).

As a secondary fault I also have the problem of duplex printing not working.
