I beg for your help:

The command "Selection.MoveLeft Unit:=wdCharacter" stopped to function in my macros. It ignores parameters "Unit" and "Expand". (With the units "wdParagraph" and wdSentence", no problems arise.) I cannot understand it and several my vital formatting macros don't function now.

I reinstalled Word 2000, but without success. In another system on my PC, where I have Word 2003 (only for trial), the Normal.dot from my Word 2000 and its macros with the command "Selection.MoveLeft Unit:=wdCharacter" do function smoothly.

Do you have any idea, please?

You say the command stopped working. That means it was working for you at one time, but then something changed. Right?

Did you upgrade CrossOver between when it was working and when it stopped? It is possible that a new version of CrossOver broke something. Customers may download earlier versions of CrossOver from the Archived Downloads tab of the My Downloads section of their My Account page. You may also open a support ticket about this issue.

Thank you for your answer. Meanwhile, I solved my problem by finding the copy of my TEMPLATE.DOT two months old and using it instead of my somewhat corrupted version of yesterday. A bit strange experience, the first one of this kind with Word after many years of work.

Everything should experienced for the first time.
