Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 Will Not Activate

I dunno how this got 4 out of 5 stars, as I am using the .iso installer for Microsoft Visio Professional 2013, and it won't connect to the activation server to activate. It just gets stuck on "Connecting...". How is anyone able to activate this installation?

Also, where did you get the Visio 2013 ISO from?
