I have installed the trial of CrossOver and Visio 2007 on my Leopard macbook pro. Generally, this is working well with the exception of the help menu. If I use this menu to check for updates, the app crashes. If I choose 'Microsoft Office Visio Help' from the menu, a Configuration Process panel appears with a progress bar. The bar advances to as far as maybe 20% of the meter, then a Visio Help window appears with a Microsoft Office Help Viewer panel in front containing the message 'There are no help topics available that match your request.' Normally, I wouldn't sweat this too much as long as everything else works - but the fact that the help system cannot be configured is preventing me from fetching add-ins for some output file formats I need (the fetch relies on the help system).
Is this a known problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it? It is my understanding (correct me if I am mistaken) that I cannot make this sort of request through Codeweavers support since Visio 2007 for CrossOver is a community project.
