Microsoft Visio 2003 Viewer Forum

and doubleclicked it and got "Newer version of windows needed" popup.

Then I tried to manually install unsupported software into the win2000 bottle since that is where office 2003 is installed and got this.. "Setup cannot continue. Please install Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later version then rerun setup"

So basically if you install in win98 bottle you get new version of windows needed and if you install in win2000 bottle you need Internet Explorer that is in the win98 bottle.. lol.. Maybe I will try installing IE into a win2000 bottle and then try it..

Tried to get it working under v6 to no avail either.. looks like visio 2003 the main app is on the list now so I will go that route and see if it will install.
