How to set font Tahoma 8 color black as standard when creating user defined fields in ol2010

Hi,

when I add a new field the standard fonts is Sue... white.

Where can I set font Tahoma 8 color black as standard when creating user defined fields in ol2010 in a user defined contact form.

If somebody could help me I would appreciate it
