Have installed Outlook 2010 and it opens, but I can't do anything with it. If I go to Info, it says "Upgrade in progress", it says it may take over 15 minutes, but it's been about an hour and it doesn't appear to be doing anything. Clicking on account settings does nothing, clicking on add account does nothing either.
Known problem if you try to run SP2.
Ah, so can I not run it then?
At least It did not work for me either. I reverted to SP1 and everything went quite smoothly.
Ah, I'll have to see if I can get hold of Service Pack 1.
