outlook 2010 via outlook anywhere will not connect - here is the prompt I am getting, any help most welcome

Hi,

I have done everything on the web under office 2010 prerequisites and office seems to work fine except for this prompt. hopefully its something simple that I have overlooked as the mac 2011 implementation of outlook leaves a bit to be desired. many thanks
