Outlook 2010 with Exchange Server (Troubleshoot done)

Dear codeweavers,
I have done the regedit, mail configuration & installed the other softwares ready but my Outlook still can't link to Exchange. I can access my gmail with no problem, but have problem adding my exchange account to my outlook. I keeps prompting me that it is not connected, and keep getting the login dialogue no matter how I input my login ID & Password if use http.

Please let me know any other information needed.
