Outlook installation: Crossover 8.0

Hi,

I'm trying to install the italian version of office enterprise 2007 in a fresh winxp bottle, using Crossover 8.0 pro. I'm running ubuntu 9.04 (jaunty) and my home is on NFS.

The installation fails. I first get an error from the .net framework (it raises 2 exceptions which cannot be handled, from RegSvcs.exe and MigPolWin.exe). Then office installer runs, but it refuses to install claiming that "network drives, cd-rom and ram are not installation paths".

I installed the same software on a different PC, also running jaunty, without any problem.
Has anybody else experienced the same problem?
