Microsoft Outlook 2007 Forum

I have found Outlook 2007 hangs or crashed very often. I'm running Crossover Linux standard under Kubtuntu 8.04.

I can make it hang (freezes for any functionality but I can still move the window around and minimise/maximise), or crash by doing the following:

Hang: Open a document (only tried pdf). The pdf will open in the native Kubuntu pdf reader then Outlook will just be frozen with an hour glass cursor even after closing the pdf.

Hang: It seems to intermediate just hang after a certain period of inactivity.

Crash: In calendar if I drag a meeting from one time slot to another in an effort to reschedule Outlook crashes. If i open the meeting and reschedule that way it is ok.

These are known issues with Outlook. Some will be completely resolved with the next version of CrossOver (due out in the coming weeks) and some will improve. If you are interested in testing some of the beta builds we have, please file a support ticket again detailing the issues you are seeing.
