Microsoft Outlook 2003 Forum

With Crossover Pro 7.0.2 and Outlook 2003 I see a reproducible crash when resolving addresses from the Exchange GAL. I see this only when using MS word as the default editor. If I disable Word as the editor the problem goes away. This appears to be the main stability issue for me and I would like to MS Word as the editor by default.

1) What data should I gather to report this problem and troubleshoot it?
2) Has anyone else seen a similar issue and is a better work around available?

This looks like it is the same as the existing Ticket 734427. I'm also seeing this on CX8 under Ubunut 9.04. The suggestions in ticket 734427 did not resolve this for me.
