one of the guys at the office here uses thawt personal mail certificates to sign his mail. The link he sent me is :
Any mail signed by him does not display on my outlook 2003, instead the message "This item cannot be displayed in the reading pane" is shwo in the preview pane.
Double clicking on the mail does nothing. right clicking and selecting open gives "The required action was not successful due to an unspecified error"
Anybody having this or know how to get past it ?
This seems to be a more about digital signage not working that thawt. I'm looking into this is more details.
I tries installing IE6, but this now crashes outlook instead of the previous message. The error is a wine runtime C++ error. The message preview shows "verifying" before crashing so it might be doing some stuff.
any idea how I can get more information ?

Upgraded to CX pro 7.1.0 and it's working fine now.
can view signed mails.
