When I open an HTML message, it is blank. When I click reply, the message appears and I can read it.
I have also noticed that Outlook Today doesn't work, so I'm wondering maybe if there is something wrong with the HTML rendering?
I am using CrossOver Linux Standard 7.0.1
I am having the exact same issue. The other way to get it to pop up is to toggle between the HTML email and another item till it pops up. The other choice which resolves it is to set your outlook to convert all email to text. This is under Tools --> Options --> Preferences --> Email Options --> Check "Read Standard Email as Plain Text"
I hope they get this issue resolve too because all my work emails are HTML and this is causing issue for me as well.

Have you installed IE 6 in that wine bottle? I had the same error until I installed IE 6 and that resolved it.
I did ignore the error about IE 6 not being fully compatible with an xp bottle (I never intend to use the browser its just there for compatibility).
