Outlook sync

Does anyone know if a sync with a Blackberry device is possible? I guess the BBdesktop software would have to be compatible with crossover office to make it work at all?

BBDesktop would have to be compatible and while I've had limited success getting BBDesktop installed I've never been able to make it cooperate with outlook under CXOffice.
