Issue: Windows Experience Feature - how to turn on

I've been able to install OneNote using the crosstie but when I try to start it I get asked to turn on the windows experience feature. The software is installed in a Windows XP bottle. Any idea how to get OneNote to work on Mac OS X 10.8.4?
