Onenote visible diagrams & drawing

Hi,

So I figured out a simple way for Onenote 2010 to display (but not edit) pictures and drawing (ie Draw-> Insert Shape -> line). This means you can see all of your tablet PC writing(a big deal for some users).

  1. Install OneNote 2010 using the Cross-tie (as of May 7 2012)

  2. Then install Microsoft Journal Viewer into the same bottle

    • Now you should be able to see drawings + shapes (but very pixelated)
  3. Put a new copy of GDIPLUS.dll, which you can find on the internet or copy from your Windows PC (/windows/system32) into Crossover

    • Put this file into /home/you/.cxoffice/Microsoft OneNote 2010/drive_c/windows/system32
    • Open Manage Bottles -> Control Panel -> Wine Configuration -> Libraries. Add gdiplus to your list of overrides. (not sure if this step is necessary)
    • Now you drawings + shapes should display and not be pixelated at all! Complete!

I don't know much about developing for crossover, but it would be neat if this could be included in the Crosstie (I don't know how)

Would it help if i would use this (http://www.dependencywalker.com/) to figure out all the .dll`s used by onenote in the "real" Windows version?
I can post them here, maybe one is missing.
