OneNote still exiting issue

OneNote 2010 installed and runs under Debian Wheezy 64bit, but it will not exit cleanly. ONENOTE.exe is still running although GUI closes, and so OneNote will not start again, throwing error message: "A previous session of OneNote is still exiting. OneNote must wait for it to finish before it can start again". Any ideas? Workaround to kill the running exe works, but rather not have to do that every time.
Thanks!

Same thing happens to me, not sure how to approach it...

Same problem I am facing. I have made an alias of 'kill' one note and after 'Onenote' I run alias from terminal.

alias kon='killall -9 ONENOTE.EXE'

I experiece the same issue. I have found that "resetting" the bottle containing OneNote works, but this also closes down running instances of other office applications.

Any word on how to fix this?

I see similar problem too, so if anyone knows a fix, please post it to the appropriate section.
