Installing a Language Pack for Office 365 stalls at about 13% of progress. This is the same problem as described here it seems:

- Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/install-the-english-language-pack-for-32-bit-office-94ba2e0b-638e-4a92-8857-2cb5ac1d8e17?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us (or better attempt to add a language pack from the Office GUI which should take you to the right page).
- Download the setup exe file.
- Use install into bottle as unlisted application
- The process hangs at about 13/14% of progress notification while installing.
