Powerpoint crashes with videos

I am having problems playing embedded mp4 videos in Powerpoint 365 on Crossover 19.0.0. The control bar on the video says that the codec is unavailable, but I have installed all of the gstreamer plugins that were noted as missing in 'System Information'.

Once I click the video, the bottle freezes and there is a crash. Have I missed something? I can't find any mention of missing dependencies in the logs.
