Hi,
On Ubuntu 18.10, using 4.18.8 kernel, crossover 18 installation is failing. [s]I would try the offline installer, but I'm not sure where to get it (the MS instructions don't seem to work, pretty sure they rearrange their site and don't check their old docs work).

[/s]Office 2016 Home/Student was definitely working before I upgraded Ubuntu, but I've tried a reinstall since it wouldn't start after the upgrade, also had to re-download, so not sure if something has changed.

Update - I found the offline installer HomeStudentRetailImage.img and mounted it with the volume mounter, ran the installation and got the same error.

Same here. Crossover 18.1, Manjaro Please fix this

I'm having similar issues, the 32-bit installer opens and gets as far as 31-41% before freezing and does not resume. I'm using Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 with kernel 4.19.13 and crossover 18.1. Is there any fix for this?

Installs fine on Crossover 18.1.0 using the 32bit installer.

Hi, I installed CrossOver today and tried to install Microsoft Office 2016 but it fails with the error message "file not found"

Hi , I was so happy that I found cross over to install office 2016 on my ubuntu 18.04.3 , however error were happened. I was installing from small installer file.
I had an error:

Has anyone similar experience?
I would like to buy this product if it will work ....

can be something with my ubuntu installation. I am desperate to re-install my ubuntu to check if this software does work.
