I bought an Office 2016 license, but all I can get is a small installer file that would later download the real thing. As I understand, that would not work for Crossover. How do people get the real installation file?

Hi Alex,
The small click-to-run installer is what we use during in-house testing since Microsoft has migrated almost entirely to that method. It should be able to install, and if you have an Office 365 subscription, activation should also work. Other types of license activation are less reliable, but please feel free to submit a ticket if Office does not work for you.

This works, but I can in No Way get updates ! I have a Office365 home subscription.
