Seems to install but no App Icons?

I have just tried the 2016 Pro Plus installers both the x64 ISO and also the combined 32/64 bit ISO.
The installation goes through without error using just the x64 ISO but I do not get any application icons so I don't really know if it is installed or not!

Any thoughts?
