I use Mac Mini Server from 2010, and I have issues with the performance of Microsoft Office 2016 on Linux Ubuntu 16.04 and Mac Yosemite.
The application works slowly on this computer and it freezes when I try to use more complex files. I do not have these issues with the native version of Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac.

I hope that you have a similar computer because I am considering buying more RAM for this Mac e.g., between 4 GB - 8 GB RAM.
Do you think that Microsoft Office 2016 would run faster on this computer if I will buy more RAM?
