Cannot activate Office 2010

Hello,
I've successfully installed Office 2010 on Arch Linux but I have trouble activating it. When the activation wizard pops up and I choose to activate over the Internet I receive an error message. Nor can I activate by telephone – 'Telephone Activation is no longer supported for your product.' so I hope there's a fix for the online activation.
