I tried to install Microsoft Office 2010 using the TIE file but instead of installing the program, Crossover opens to a window that says to select the installer. I don't know what to do.

You must have the installation media for Office 2010 ready prior to starting the installation through CrossOver. The window that popped up is asking you to point CrossOver at the Microsoft Office 2010 installer.

They mean if you have the CD or DVD disk, insert that before trying to install. Or if you are using something like Digital River to pay/download it, have those .ISO files ready.
