Low graphics in Retina Macbook Pro

Hi!

I have installed MS Office 2010 on my mac. It works great as I am able to use all the alt key based shortcuts that I used to use on my PC before.

Now the only issue that I am having over here is that the MS Office on crossover has lower graphics than my other applications. Maybe its due to retina display or something else.

Can you please suggest me a way by which I can run MS Office 2010 on crossover with normal graphics.
