Getting periodic office updates (normally done through Windows Updates)

I was wondering if people knew of a way of getting the periodic updates that Microsoft pushes out through windows updates?

I'm on OS 10.8.3 running crossover 12.
My office is the office 2010 professional plus.

Office seems to run just fine, but I know a lot of times you get increased security with those updates.
