RMS support?

Did anyone manage to get RMS support working?

It installs with no warnings, but says "cannot verify user credentials".

No registry keys are created. I tried setting it manually as advised here:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd772753%28WS.10%29.aspx

but nothing changed.
