office document routing

Has anyone been able to get routing to work in Office 2003. I get an error message stating the very useful message:
'Your mail system does not support certain services needed for document routing'

Essentially routing is the only feature I don't have in office for mac.... it would be great to not have to boot windows just to pass a document onto the next guy...

I'm using CrossOver Pro 9.1.0 on a mac
