Setup Fails

Setup fails, most likely due to the following warning given during installation:

Warnings:

  1. Setup may not run properly, because the Windows Update Service is not available on this computer.
  2. Setup may not run properly, because the Windows Modules Installer Service is not available on this computer.

UPDATE:

Installing 4.5.2 gives the same errors, but installs okay. After that, 4.6.2 works. Need to update the installation script to add that as a prerequisite.
