1.) Install InstMsiA.exe (Installer v2.0 for 9x,ME)

No Install Errors.
Grab InstMsiW.exe instead. (found this link, though not the official MS link due to "genuine authentication" issues)

I can't seem to run any .NET apps, but I've only tried two. I checked the install, and everything is there, and looks as if it is functioning perfectly.
