It is a resource issue. We are still just trying to get apps from
2003 working as gold. Everyone here is crazy busy with our existing
apps and bugs.
We will get to it eventually, we understand how many apps are going
towards .NET.
Jeremy:
I work in industry and I can state that if you want to get Access past 2000 and any part of Office 2007 to work, parts (if not all) of the .NET API will have to be implemented somewhere. I am very upset with the folks at Wine and Mono for not figuring out a method to incorporate the Mono work on .NET into Wine. I've been down the 'road' of two teams not working together towards a common goal and the results is that a full on team of over twenty developers are trying to redo the work of about five or so. I'm hoping this is not the case with incorporating .NET functionality, at least at the basic level for Crossover.
