Using Ubuntu Feisty
All the main parts work for me. I have been trying to break it and its hard to do. I've even been clicking around like a 6 year old and it keeps up with me.
I didn't try the videos. I installed it without.
The program actually appears to be suffering from age, but it still does all the basics. It manages money pretty good. It adds & subtracts, draws all the charts. (slow with the charts, but it was like that in windows too.)

Some of the web links in the app are broken, but thats not the app's fault. It just expected to be obsolete by now.
-
My bank no longer logs on that same way, but I can still pull down the .ofx file from my bank. Apparently all .ofx's after Money 2002 are the same format as the current version.
all of its mini-ads seem to populate from the internet ok. Connectivity doesn't seem to be an issue!
The only things I have been able to do that consistently break are:
-
Portfolio>Add an investment
- crashes program.
-
The "Money Tips" links that I see onto the "Log on to Bank" section pops up an error message saying "Money is already running".
-
The program doesn't want to update itself online. Had that issue in Windows too. some things never change.
