Microsoft FrontPage 2003 Forum

Hi,
I've installed Frontpage 2003 with CrossOver Mac and have installed the Microsoft Office 2003 SP2 update as well. I can do most things in Frontpage 2003 on my iMac except work with my templates.

The moment I open a template, Frontpage "encounters an error and needs to close". I've tried 2 different templates and I get the same thing.

The site I want to use here is based upon templates, so I need this part solved if there is to be any hope of using Frontpage 2003 on CrossOver Mac.

I appreciate any help or ideas on this.

I need to update my information: I thought I could make new pages and edit them, but this is false I've now discovered.

Frontpage 2003 seems to do this ok and I can even see my created page among my folders etc. However, when I close the program, exit and come back into Frontpage 2003, the page or file NO LONGER exists.
It is simply not there. I've tried this more than once to make sure I wasn't missing something.

So the current results for Frontpage 2003 on CrossOver Mac are much less than I first thought.

I still appreciate any ideas anyone could offer.

I hate to offer even more conflicted information, but I found on a new, recent try that I can successfully save some files after making changes. Obviously, this is not a consistent area in Frontpage 2003's performance right now on CrossOver Mac. Sometimes it works; other times it does not. Thanks.
