Mouse doesn't line up correctly

I'm using Excel XP with Crossover 6.2. It runs fine at first, but if I switch to a new window and the switch back, the mouse alignment between OS X and the Excel window doesn't match up. Excel seems to think my mouse is 5 rows down and 2 rows to the right of wherever I'm actually clicking. I can still navigate with the keyboard fine, but it's impossible to use the buttons/menus at the top of the window.

Which version of Mac OS X (Tiger or Leopard)? Do you have just a single monitor or multiple monitors? Are you using any virtual desktop software, such as Spaces?

When you say "switch to a new window", do you mean a new Excel window? Or a different within CrossOver? Or a window of a different application altogether?

How are you switching (click with mouse, Command-Tab, Dock context menu, etc.)?
