Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration Wizard | Connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

My main aim at the moment is simply for installation to complete (with errors along the way, e.g. the trickiness that's currently associated with Microsoft .NET 3.0 and 9.x versions of CrossOver).

Beyond completion of installation: if I can get as far as Connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration Wizard, that'll be enormously helpful to me.

(I might use Little Snitch to discover why Microsoft's Wizard can't communicate with a Dynamics server.)
