MT5 Manager and Administrator Terminals not Installing on M1 Macbook Pro

Hi, trying to install the MT5 Admin and Manager applications for M1 on a newly purchased Macbook Pro, but whilst it suggests the installation has completed, upon attempting to startup either application, it gets stuck and says "Application Not Responding" after right-clicking on it. Not sure what to do, please help.
