Fails to install in 9.0.0

Have tried installing in 9.0.0 but this fails (installer hangs on file "1190736044.english"). This was previously (e.g. in 8.0.3) fixable by first installing IE6 into the bottle, however this no longer works and the installer again hangs on this file.

However, using a bottle created in 8.0.3, MetaTrader runs ok following an upgrade to 9.0.0.
