How to run R2006a under CXOffice 6.1.0

I have Matlab R2006a running perfectly (as near as I can tell) under CXOffice 6.1.0.

Note: I had to setup a .windows-serial file and copy the serial number from my Matlab license.dat file here. Setting up this file is explained:
