mathtype 5.2 on Office XP cx5

installed fine on first go around in win98 bottle on office XP Pro. and runs without issue.

installed without error on win2000 bottle with office 2003 but does not launch with word, gives security add-in error and disables the add-in. Not been able to figure out work around.
