The Tips indicate no issue with Mailwasher 6 on Ubuntu 6 but I have two units with Ubuntu 7 that will not run Mailwasher 6 or 6.1, either free or pro. The application simply will not start. One one machine I get absolutely nothing, on the laptop I get "Runtime error 216 at 00403ffa". I have cleared things out completely and started again numerous times, all pretty much to the same result. I'm fairly new to this so I'm wondering where I should start.
What version of crossover are you using?

I believe it's 6.2.0-1, fully registered.
Have you a copy of CX 6.10 in you account?
If yes install it and test.
If not ask C\W can they supply you one?
I have found 6.2 not to work M\W
I have found *buntu 7.10 not to work M\W also,
in my short sojourn with the distro,
have gone back to Fedora on all boxes.

PS: All my (successful) tests were with XP bottle for M\W
I installed Wine and was able to get Mailwasher Pro 6.1 to work on both my desktop and laptop machines. I had some issues initially with runtime errors when I was closing the application but it seems to have cleared up. I also had to get a new registration key from FireTrust because my previous key wasn't working. Otherwise, my issue is resolved insofar as Mailwasher works. Not with Crossover, but it works nonetheless.
