Install but doesn't run

I used the Quicken 2019 Crosstie to install MailStore Home Version 12. This works well, since MailStore Home needs .Net. It starts but it fails to open or create a mail archive. Firebird 3 plugin, engine12.dll won't load. It might have to do with the encryption of the database since Version 10. Here a Windows functionality is used.
