I installed the game like Everquest 2 extended since the game is an SOE game... everything installed just fine, but when I pressed the play button... a window came up with. "Program Error! I also tried to install it without the IE7, directx, and etc. to say the least it didn't work at all.... so it seems that the path to take is to install it the same way as EQ2X....
