Over on the Dreamweaver 8 Forums, there are a couple posts on installing Dreamweaver 8 on wine (independent of CrossOver Linux). I've found these same instructions are valid for insalling Flash 8 and Contribute 3 as well. Here's the link that you would have found on the Dreamweaver forums:

A couple tips:
Make sure the installation you're installing from is Windows XP. I tried using a Vista install I already had, but Dreamweaver wouldn't run. So I stuck with a fresh XP install for Dreamweaver, Flash and Contribute.
If you have the full Studio 8 disk...I'm not sure if it will work to install everything at once or not. I installed the apps individually.
At one point the instructions say to coppy C:\documents and settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Macromedia to ~\drive_c\windows\profiles\USERNAME. I'm not sure if it should be \profiles\USERNAME or \profiles\USERNAME\Application Data. I copied to both.
